Consultation

We work with you from the start to understand your thoughts and ideas. We conduct a site visit and based on this we provide you with a realistic visual proposal including pricing.

Progression

Once we agree terms we set a suitable commencement date and manage the project from start to finish ensuring every detail is maintained. We're committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Completion

 When the project is complete we conduct a full check on all aspects of workmanship. Ensure you are 100% happy and then jointly sign off the project.

Project Start

  • Site clearence and marked out
  • Groundwork begins on area
  • Required materials delivered

Construction

  • Working from plans the footing of the space is completed
  • The walls of the structure are erected along with the roof

First Fix

  • The roof structure is being waterproofed whilst the electrical wiring is done
  • Drainage solution installed

 

Fitting

  • As the exterior is wrapped in a waterproof membrane the external windows and doors are put in place

Plastering

  • As the cladding is applied to the outside of the garden space the internal plastering is done

Second Fix

  • The second fix procedures take place whilst the sealing of the structure is worked on

Decorating

  • The painters and decorators prepare and finish the inside of the garden space
  • The exterior flag stones are laid

Flooring

  • The internal flooring is installed on top of the foundation slab whilst any alarms and additional features installed

Completion

  • Any snagging issues are taken care off and the client hand over is conducted
