Do we need planning permission for my Orangery?

Generally you will not require planning permission, however we will enquire

How much would an Orangery of 5m x 4m cost?

Generally you are looking around about the £20,000-£25,000 mark 

What types of flooring do you offer?

We offer a range of Wood Flooring, however we can source carpet and tiles

How long will a home visit last?

Generally a home visit will last between 30 mins - 1 hour

Do you offer Finance?

Yes we offer finance (subject to status)

Is an Orangery a lot more expensive than a Conservatory?

They are slightly more expensive than a conservatory as there is more building work

Are the Prices online guide prices or actual prices?

The prices are 90% accurate subject to site survey

Do i need ventilation in my Orangery?

Yes we will sort when in the design process

Can you give a definite start date and time of arrival?

Yes, subject to weather conditions

Do we need to take time off work or be there during the day?

No, as long as we have connection to water and electricity then you can lock your home as you usually would.
